REFUND POLICY – TAIL N WAG

At Tail n Wag, we want you and your furry friends to be completely satisfied. We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, free of pet hair/odor, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. HOW TO START A RETURN

To start a return, you must contact us first at sales@tailnwag.com.

Important: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or any address without prior authorization. Once your return request is evaluated, we will provide you via email with the specific instructions and the shipping address where you should send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.

3. DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product (wrong size or color), contact us immediately at sales@tailnwag.com. Please include your order number and a clear photo or video of the item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Custom products: Special orders or personalized items (e.g., engraved collars).

  • Hygiene products: Pet brushes or items that show clear signs of use by an animal.

  • Sale items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

5. EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get the right size or product is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at sales@tailnwag.com.
